How does it work?

It’s simple! Choose the plan that best fits your needs, complete our detailed intake questionnaire, and we’ll create a custom workout and/or nutrition plan just for you. You’ll receive your plan as a PDF download, with clear instructions and access to our online resources.

Is this program suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! We create plans for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Our intake questionnaire helps us determine your current fitness level and tailor the plan accordingly.

What if I have injuries or medical conditions?

Our intake form includes detailed questions about injuries, medical conditions, and medications. We use this information to create a safe and effective plan for you. However, we *strongly recommend* consulting with your doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have any health concerns.

How do I access my plan?

How long does it take to receive my plan?

What are the different plans you offer?

  • Elite Performance System ($120): Our most comprehensive plan, including everything in the Transformation Accelerator *plus* personalized supplement recommendations.

How do I choose the right plan for me?

The best plan for you depends on your goals and needs. If you’re primarily focused on workouts, the Jumpstart Plan is a great starting point. If you want to optimize both your workouts and nutrition, the Transformation Accelerator is a popular choice. For the most comprehensive, all-in-one solution, including supplement guidance, choose the Elite Performance System.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Simply contact us, and we’ll help you make the switch. You’ll only pay the difference in price between your current plan and the upgraded plan.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the highly personalized nature of our workout and nutrition plans, we do not offer refunds. Each plan is created specifically for you, based on the detailed information you provide in our intake questionnaire. This represents a significant investment of time and expertise from our Certified Personal Trainer.

If, after receiving your plan, you have any concerns, or if you find that something isn’t working as expected, please contact us immediately. Workout Plans

How are the workout plans customized?

Your workout plan is customized based on the information you provide in our intake questionnaire. We consider your fitness level, goals, available equipment, time commitment, exercise preferences, and any injuries or limitations.

What if I don’t have any equipment?

No problem! We can create a bodyweight-only workout plan that requires no equipment at all.

What if I don’t know how to do an exercise?

Each exercise in your plan comes with clear, step-by-step instructions and a high quality image.

How often should I work out?

Your workout plan will include a recommended weekly schedule, tailored to your specific goals and fitness level.

Can I adjust my workout plan if needed?

While the plan is customized, minor adjustments may be possible. If you have questions or need to modify your plan due to injury, illness, or other circumstances, please contact us.

Nutrition Plans (Transformation Accelerator & Elite Performance System)

How are the meal plans customized?

Your meal plan is tailored to your dietary needs and preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.), as well as your fitness goals (weight loss, muscle gain, etc.). We consider your calorie and macronutrient requirements to create a plan that’s both effective and enjoyable.

What if I have food allergies or dislikes?

Our intake questionnaire includes questions about food allergies, intolerances, and dislikes. We take this information into account when creating your meal plan.

Do I have to follow the meal plan exactly?

The meal plan is designed to provide optimal results, but we understand that life happens. We encourage you to follow it as closely as possible, but minor substitutions are acceptable. The Hourly Eating Schedule is a helpful tool to use.

Are the supplement plans safe?
